David Ardolino is a distribution center operations specialist with more than 24 years of hands-on leadership across warehouse, 3PL, and brand environments. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale facility launches, warehouse migrations, WMS implementations, and operational turnarounds for both fast-growing eCommerce brands and established wholesale organizations.

Known for his practical, no-nonsense approach, David often serves as an independent set of eyes between brands and their 3PL partners, helping identify gaps, fix broken processes, and build scalable, disciplined operations. His expertise includes inventory control, LPN implementation, racking and layout optimization, labor planning, freight cost reduction, and end-to-end fulfillment process design.

Over the course of his career, David has held senior distribution leadership roles supporting brands such as UGG, O’Neill, Spiritual Gangster, PSD, Rip Curl, and others. He partners directly with founders, CEOs, and supply chain leaders to stabilize operations, reduce costs, and prepare their warehouses for growth.
